Pittsburgh's "Post Gazette" newspaper named the chicken liver mousse at Le Pommier as one of the 10 best tastes in all of the city.

Le Mont Restaurant
The Le Mont Restaurant is an award-winning French restaurant in a fine dining environment. Le Mont offers a wide range of French cuisine, including escargot Rockefeller, roast raspberry duck, stuffed veal and filet Le Mont. Le Mont offers valet parking and is open daily for dinner at 5 p.m. (4 p.m. on Sunday). There is a full wine list available. This restaurant has won multiple awards, including the AAA Four-diamond Award, one of only about 600 restaurants in the country to receive this recognition. They also boastthe American Academy of Hospitality Science's Five-star Diamond Award, the only restaurant in Pittsburgh to receive such an honor. Le Mont has a dress code, with business casual being the minimum acceptable standard.

Nine on Nine
Nine on Nine is an upscale French restaurant that combines traditional methods and dishes along with a series of regionally inspired dishes. The decor is set up in an upscale European style, including teak floors and Italian designed chairs. The "Post Gazette" rates Nine on Nine as a four-star establishment, and they were named best new restaurant of the year in 2007 by "Pittsburgh" magazine. Some European wines are available here, in addition to a sake menu.
