Instructions
1. Find a supplier that sells raw mineral makeup materials. Buy some powder base and some pigment. The pigment you buy will depend on what you are using the powder for. If you are making a foundation face powder you will need to match you skin color as closely as possible.
2. Determine how much you will need to fill the container you'll be putting it in. You can mix the base and pigment together in the container or in a separate glass bowl.
3. Pour in your base and pour in a little bit of the pigment, starting out slowly and adding a little at a time. Mix it and keep adding the pigment if necessary to achieve your desired shade.
