Instructions
Avocado Conditioner
1. Peel the avocado.
2. Mix the avocado with a can of coconut milk until all the lumps are gone.
3. Apply the mixture to your hair. Leave it in for 15 minutes, then rinse and shampoo your hair.
Hot Oil Treatment
4. Mix a half cup of sunflower oil with eight drops each of sandalwood, lavender and
geranium essential oils.
5. Warm the oil in a double boiler. Do not let the oil boil or get too hot.
6. Apply the oil to damp hair, and wrap your hair in plastic wrap.
7. Place a hot towel around your head, and wait 20 minutes before shampooing the oil out.
Dry Shampoo
8. Dip a large makeup brush in cornstarch you will not use for food.
9. Dust the cornstarch onto your scalp and oily spots in your hair. Leave the cornstarch in for five minutes.
10. Brush the cornstarch out with a boar bristle brush.
Frizz Control
11. Cut or purchase a small aloe vera leaf.
12. Allow the moisture from inside the thick leaf to drip into your hand.
13. Apply the plant product to your hair with your hands.
Hair Brightener
14. Place six bags of chamomile tea in water that you just boiled. Steep for 15 minutes, and remove the tea bags from the water.
15. Mix a half cup of plain yogurt with seven drops of essential lavender oil and the chamomile water.
16. Apply the mixture to your hair, and wrap your hair in plastic wrap.
17.Leave the mixture in your hair for 30 minutes, rinse it with water, and shampoo your hair.
