Make Crab Cake Stuffing

Make delicious crab cake stuffing for dinner tonight. The ingredients are easy to pick up at the local grocery store and the crab cakes taste great and cost only pennies per serving. Surprise your family and friends at your next dinner party with a delicious coastal treat they will love. Add this to my Recipe Box.


Instructions


1. Place the water into a pot and boil on the stove. Add the boiling water to the cornbread stuffing mix and stir well. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes.


2. Place the eggs into a clean bowl and then add the crab meat to the eggs and mix well.


3. Pour the egg and crab mixture into the stuffing and stir until well mixed.


4. Shape the crab meat mixture into large patties that are about 2 to 3 inches in diameter.


5. Place the butter into a medium saucepan and heat on medium until it is melted. Add the crab cakes to the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until the outside is lightly browned.
