Roti is an Indian flat bread.
Rice flour roti or rice bread is common in southern India. It is a flat bread served at breakfast similar to a pancake. It is grilled and paired with curry or chutney. The rice flour roti should be served immediately while it is still hot. If you will not serve the bread right away, you can make the dough and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for two or three days. Add this to my Recipe Box.
