Instructions
Good Skin Care
1. Cleanse the skin on your neck and chest every day. Use a soft cloth and a facial cleanser that contains a light exfoliant.
2. Rinse the chin and neck with cool water. Pat, do not rub, the area dry with a soft, dry towel.
3. Apply moisturizer to the neck that contains retinols. Squirt a dime-sized amount of moisturizer in the hand and apply the product to the skin of the neck, moving upward from the base of the neck to the chin. This will avoid worsening the condition by pulling downward on neck skin.
Exercises
4. Sit in an upright condition at a desk or your dining room table. Your shoulders should be relaxed and your head facing forward.
5. Keep your tongue in your mouth but curl it upward and to the back. Press the tongue against the roof of the mouth.
6. Hold the tongue in this position for two or three seconds. Repeat this exercise several times a day to tighten the skin.

7. Make an appointment for a consultation with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
8. Undergo an exam to verify you physically qualify for chin-lifting surgery. This procedure or "cervicoplasty" is most often an outpatient surgery but a hospital stay may be required. This surgical procedure will involve having incisions and you may experience swelling or scarring.
9. Arrange to have the procedure done. Plan to be as immobile as possible for two weeks after the surgery.
