Oatmeal makes a hearty breakfast.
Quaker Old Fashioned Oats are manufactured by the Quaker Oats Company. The whole oats are rolled flat and feature all of the fiber-rich portions, such as bran, of oat grains. You can enjoy Quaker Oats as part of a healthy, well-rounded breakfast in a matter of minutes. Whether you live alone or are the first one up in your household each day, you'll be able to make a single portion of Quaker Oats for convenience. Eat the warm cereal plain, with a touch of cinnamon and sugar, or topped with fresh fruit. Add this to my Recipe Box.
